Thorney Hill Community Centre is devoted to serving the vibrant community of Thorney Hill in the New Forest. Our goal is to provide a welcoming space for everyone and to host a variety of events that bring people together, nurture creativity, and build lasting connections.
This fully accessible hall was built in 2005 and is located in a beautiful setting with modern facilities such as a large bright
inside space with a play area for children and surrounded by large open fields.
We also have a proper skittle alley you can hire!
There is ample parking and a fully equipped kitchen. As a local charity, we aim to foster community spirit and with support from funders we provide a range of activities for people - from 0 - 90!!
Examples of this are heritage craft workshops such as wooden flower carving, willow crafts, Japanese embroidery , lino printing, Christmas crafts and just last week over 30 people came to create Spring wreaths. We also run an after school family group on Tuesdays (4.30 - 6.00)in the school term, Bingo on Tuesdays (7.00 - 9.00)
