charity-run community centre at Thorney Hill, in the heart of the New Forest.

About Thorney Hill Community Centre
This fully accessible hall was built in 2005 and is located in a beautiful setting with modern facilities such as a large bright
inside space with a play area for children and surrounded by large open fields.
We also have a proper skittle alley you can hire!
There is ample parking and a fully equipped kitchen. As a local charity, we aim to foster community spirit and with support from funders we provide a range of activities for people - from 0 - 90!!
Examples of this are heritage craft workshops such as willow crafts, Japanese embroidery , lino printing, Christmas crafts and just last week over 30 people came to create Spring wreaths. We also run an after school family group,
a Friday social club with coffee and cake (10.30 - 12.00)
and we provide a welcoming space for everyone who wants to use our space.
Whether you're looking to host a workshop, a birthday party, or engage in exciting community events, we are here for you.

Our versatile space is perfect for any occasion
- for example childrens' and adults' birthday parties, skittles,
exercise or creative classes or family and community gatherings.
It's all about making happy memories!

Community Support
Our hall is flexible in what it offers for all sorts of events , such as family parties, community events, workshops and a variety of classes. We have a small office for a private space if needed, hi-speed wifi and a well equipped kitchen with all purpose facilities. In addition, we can accommodate up to 100 people.As a charity, our mission is to support the community through facilitaing engaging activites.

Thanks to our funders we have provided a variety of workshops form Sept 24 to now - and the great news is we have just heard we have funding for the next 12 months for more heritage crafts, and the refurbishment of our play area, plus new equipment.
